WHEREAS, the City of Newark, Department of Water and Sewer Utilities ("the Department") requires Professional Engineering Services for the Temporary Flow Metering and Flow Analysis for the CSO Metering Project for the Monitoring of Sanitary Flow from CSO Regulators to the PVSC Treatment Plant; and
WHEREAS, a revised proposal dated March 25, 2024, was received by the Department from Professional Consulting, Inc., outlining a scope of work to provide Professional Engineering Services for Temporary Flow Metering and Flow Analysis for the CSO Metering Project for the Monitoring of Sanitary Flow from CSO Regulators to the PVSC Treatment Plant; and
