WHEREAS, Kenneth Billy Gifford, has been appointed as a Constable pursuant to Resolution to be adopted at the September 6, 2012 meeting; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40 A:9-125, Kenneth Billy Gifford, must give a bond in such form and amount as prescribed by the Governing Body and approved as to form and legality by the Corporation Counsel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
