A motion requesting that the Police Department review its policy regarding the cost of assigning additional police personnel at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), the Prudential Arena and Bears Stadium; further, requesting that the venues apply for the necessary permits and pay the required security fee whenever they have special events on public streets, as required by organizers of other City festivals, parades and street fairs.
