WHEREAS, the Division of Traffic and Signals, Department of Engineering, City of Newark, forwarded to the Star Ledger, a newspaper generally circulating in the City of Newark an advertisement for the receipt of bids on April 18, 2013, for Contract No. 13-2013, Installation of Pavement Markings on Various Streets; and
WHEREAS, on May 23, 2013, one (1) bid was received for Contract No. 13-2013, Installation of Pavement Markings on Various Streets, in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, et seq.; and
