NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
Section 1. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to forward to the Star Ledger and Jersey Journal, together with posting in the public place of City Hall, a list of the pre-meeting conferences, regular meetings and special conferences of the Newark Municipal Council for the Calendar Year 2014, together with dates, time and place of said meetings and conferences, more specifically identified on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part thereof.
Section 2. If changes are made within the proposed schedule, the City Clerk is hereby authorized to post and circulate said changes in the same manner as disseminated in Section 1.
