A motion requesting that the Law Department research as to whether or not the State School Superintendent for the Newark Public Schools has the authority and legal right to sell off school property/buildings that are owned by the City of Newark, and further; requesting that the Law Department provide the Municipal Council with a legal opinion regarding the findings of said research.
