WHEREAS, Pursuant to Resolution 7R1-N adopted on February 6, 2013, the Municipal Council of the City of Newark authorized the Mayor and/or his designee, the Business Administrator, to enter into and execute an agreement with Newark Youth Golf, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Sub-recipient"), to provide certain Youth Services, in the amount of $18,929.00, for the period of January 1, 2012, through December 31, 2012 (a copy of said Resolution is attached hereto and made a part hereof); and
WHEREAS, an agreement with Sub-recipient as described above was, in fact, thereafter executed (a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and which shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Agreement"); and
