WHEREAS, the City of Newark, Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security request to have a two part training course. The first part is to send forty (40) participants to a Jurisdictional Crisis Incident Management - Incident Command Post training at the Emergency Operations Training Center, Texas Engineering Extension Service (hereinafter referred to as TEEX), located at Texas A&M University Systems, 301 Tarrow - TEEX, John B. Connally Building, College Station, TX 77840-7896.
