Title ii, administration, chapter 2, office of the mayor and agencies, section 66.2 is hereby amended to read as follows

      The Commission shall consist of up to twenty-one (21) members to be appointed by the mayor with the advice and consent of the Municipal Council. Each member shall be appointed for a term of four (4) years and shall serve until his/her successor is appointed.

STATEMENT

This ordinance increases the membership of the African Commission from seven (7) to twenty-one (21).
