WHEREAS, the City of Newark, Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security requests to enter into a contract with Disaster and Risk Associates, LLC, located at 347 Somerset Street, New Brunswick, New Jersey 08901. Disaster and Risk Associates has designed a plan for the implementation of the Community Integration Training and provide educational outreach training and assistance to the most vulnerable members of our communities and least likely to evacuate: Elderly, ADA, Veterans, those without internet access, or who have language barriers, or those that are traumatized.
