WHEREAS, the City of Newark wishes to enter into a Cost Reimbursement Agreement No. 2015-DT-BLA-201, termed Federal Aid Agreement, with New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT), Division of Local Aid and Economic Development, for the Broad Street (2 - Intersections FY-14) Local Safety Program; and
WHEREAS, as part of the Cost Reimbursement Agreement No. 2015-DT-BLA-201, all allowable costs incurred for the performance of work in the attached Scope of Work in this Cost Reimbursement Agreement shall be eligible for reimbursement from the effective date of May 8, 2015 and all such work shall be completed by May 8, 2018, for the Broad Street (2 - Intersections FY-14), City of Newark, Essex County, STP-7628(103)CON; and
WHEREAS, the City of Newark wishes to appoint the Mayor and/or his designee, the Director of the Department of Engineering, to act as the authorized person to execute this Cost Reimbursement Agreement No. 2015-DT-BLA-201, to accept the funds provided in the amount of $1,463,368.00 for the Broad Street (2 - Intersections FY-14), City of Newark, Essex County, STP-7628(103)CON under the Ba...
