WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council is desirous of supporting the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Easter Program at Belmont Runyon School, One Belmont Runyon Way, Newark, New Jersey 07108 (Auditorium and Bathrooms), on Sunday, March 27, 2016, between 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council has indicated its support for this wholesome event by approving the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement for the benefit of the Newark Public Schools, 2 Cedar Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council of the City of Newark supports the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of the Newark Public Schools, 2 Cedar Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102, for any claims arising out of the City of Newark's use of Belmont Runyon School, One Belmont Runyon Way, Newark, New Jersey 07108 (Auditorium and Bathrooms), on Sunday, March 27, 2016, between 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M.
2. The City Clerk, on behalf of the Newark Municipal Council, shall forward a true copy of the Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement to the Newark Public Schools, 2 Cedar Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102, for their record...
