WHEREAS, on April 3, 2018, the City of Newark through its Supervising Procurement Specialist, QPA, advertised to solicit bids for Maintenance and Repair: Collision Body Work, Light Duty Vehicles and Trucks Up to One (1) Ton, which the contractor will provide to the City of Newark, for the Departments of Public Works/Division of Motors' and the Water and Sewer Utilities' usage as described in the attached bid proposal; and
WHEREAS, the Division of Central Purchasing solicited thirteen (13) bids from prospective vendor(s) from its established bid list; and
WHEREAS, on April 19, 2018, the Division of Central Purchasing received two (2) bids in response to this advertisement; and
