Title: A motion requesting once again that the Department of Public Works notify and inform all candidates from the recent municipal elections, both winners and losers, they are required to remove their political signage from all public buildings and utility poles in a timely manner or be subject to a fine of "one hundred dollars ($100.00), or in an amount not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), or imprisonment up to ninety (90) days or all of the above" as specified in Title XXIX Streets, Chapter 22 Posting of Political Signs and/or Promotional Signs 29:22:10.
