An Ordinance amending Section 23:5-6, Stopping or Standing at Certain Times, of Title 23, Traffic and Parking, of the Revised General Ordinances of the City of Newark, New Jersey, 2000, as amended and supplemented, by prohibiting stopping or standing on a portion of West Market Street.
(North side, beginning at the easterly curb line of West Market Street and extending 250 ft. easterly there from, at anytime.)
