WHEREAS, on October 11, 2018 the Department of Water and Sewer Utilities received sealed bids from one (1) contractor for the supply of certain water purification chemicals for water treatment at the Pequannock Water Treatment Plant; and
WHEREAS, upon review of the bid submitted, the Department of Water and Sewer Utilities, has determined that the following contractor submitted the lowest responsible bid in compliance with the Local Public Contracts Law N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.:
Gulbrandsen Technologies Inc., 2 Main Street, Clinton, New Jersey 08809 to supply Polyaluminium Chloride (GPAC 2070) @ $0.175/lb. for Year 1 and Year 2; and
Gulbrandsen Technologies Inc., 2 Main Street, Clinton, New Jersey 08809, to supply Polyaluminium Chloride (GPAC 2350) @ $0.195/lb. for Year 1 and Year 2; and
