WHEREAS, the Municipal Council is desirous of supporting the Annual Children's Halloween Parade and Festivities at Flamboyan Manor (outside/inside), 147 Verona Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104, on Thursday, October 31, 2019, from 3:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. (Includes Set-up time at 11:30 A.M. and Clean-up/Take-down ending at 8:00 P.M.); and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council has indicated its support for this wholesome event that will benefit residents, by supporting the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of Flamboyan Manor, 147 Verona Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
