WHEREAS, the Municipal Council is desirous of supporting the Annual Newark Three Kings Children's Celebration at Essex County College, Gymnasium, West Market Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102, on Monday, January 6, 2020, from 3:30 P.M. until 7:30 P.M. (Includes Set-up Time at 8:00 A.M. and Clean-up/Take-down ending at 9:00 P.M.; Rain Date: Friday, January 10, 2020); and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council has indicated its support for this wholesome event that will benefit Newark residents, by supporting the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement by the City of Newark, Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of Essex County College, 303 University Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07102.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council supports the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark, Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of Essex County College, 303 University Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07102, for any claims arising out of the City of Newark's use of Essex County College, Gymnasium, West Market Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102, for the Annual Newark Three Kings Children's Celebration o...
