WHEREAS, the Municipal Council is desirous of supporting a Senior Luncheon at Villa Victoria, 133 Seventh Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104, on Friday, March 6, 2020, from 1:30 P.M. until 3:00 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council has indicated its support for this wholesome event by supporting the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of Villa Victoria, 133 Seventh Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council supports the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of Villa Victoria, 133 Seventh Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104, for any claims arising out of the City of Newark's use of Villa Victoria, 133 Seventh Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104, for a Senior Luncheon, on Friday, March 6, 2020, from 1:30 P.M. until 3:00 P.M.
2. The City Clerk, on behalf of the Municipal Council, shall forward a true copy of the Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement to Villa Victoria, 133 Seventh Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104, for their records.
3. A copy of the executed Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission shall be filed in the Office of the City Clerk.
