To amend the Tuesday, June 23, 2020 Special Meeting/Conference, to Wednesday, June 24, 2020, amend the time to 12:30 P.M. and add a Pre-Meeting on June 23, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. to accommodate pertinent City business, as a result of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID 19).

WHEREAS, the Municipal Council established and adopted the 2020 Annual Municipal Calendar of Pre-Meetings, Special Conferences and Regular Meeting Dates as 7R8-a adopted on December 4, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council wishes to amend the Tuesday, June 23, 2020 Special Meeting/Conference, to Wednesday, June 24, 2020 and amend the time to 12:30 P.M. and add a Pre-Meeting on June 23, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. to accommodate pertinent City business, as a result of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID 19).
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The City Clerk is authorized to forward any changes made to the established 2020 Annual Municipal Calendar of Pre-Meetings, Special Conferences and Regular Meeting Dates, Resolution 7R8-a adopted on December 4, 2019 to the Star Ledger and Jersey Journal, together with posting in the public place of City Hall.
2. The Municipal Council supports amending the Tuesday, June 23, 2020 Special Meeting/Conference, to Wednesday, June 24, 2020, amend the time to 12:30 P.M. and add a Pre-Meeting on June 23, 2020 at 10:00 A.M.
