Go Fund, Inc. for approximately four hundred sixty seven (467) square feet of real property office space, being Room B28, within the basement of City Hall, Block 873, Lot 1, Newark City Hall, located 906 - 934 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey, in accordance with provisions set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:12-15(c) and N.J.S.A. 40A:12-14(c) (hereafter “920 Broad Street”) by extending the term of lease for a period of ten years commencing June 1, 2008 and terminating not later than May 31, 2018.
