WHEREAS, the State of New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development and Economic Opportunity granted the City of Newark the following Workforce Learning Link (WLL) grant through the Newark Workforce Development Board (NWDB), for Program Year 2022 (July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023); and
WHEREAS, the Program Year 2022 funds must be fully obligated by June 30, 2023 and it must be fully expended by December 31, 2023; and
