WHEREAS, the City of Newark, Department of Health and Community Wellness (hereinafter the "City"), provides medical care services, pursuant to and consistent with Health Care Program Statutes (Section 330 of Public Health Services Act: 42 U.S.C. Section 254b), Program Regulation (43CFR part 51 and 42 CFR 56.201) for Community and Migrant Health Centers and Grant Regulations (42 CFR part 74), Affordable Health Care Act; and

WHEREAS, Seton Hall University has made grant funds available for the expansion and strengthening of nurse workforce for integrated health in vulnerable population; and

WHEREAS, on or about February 2, 2022, Seton Hall University electronically filed an application to Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), requesting grant funding in the amount of Nine Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Two Dollars and Zero Cents ($991,002.00), to provide for the expansion and strengthening of nurse workforce for integrated health in vulnerable populations; and
