WHEREAS, Essex County Commissioner President Wayne Richardson, DDA Pioneer Investment Group and Health Benefit Advisors, 275 Ellery Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07106, would like to donate gift baskets during a health education discussion during a senior meeting to the City of Newark (the "City") to raffle out to seniors attending the meeting. The gift baskets have a value of approximately Three Hundred Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($350.00); and
WHEREAS, Essex County Commissioner President Wayne Richardson, DDA Pioneer Investment Group and Health Benefit Advisors, as part of this donation would like to provide a healthcare discussion and provide gifts baskets for the upcoming "Thanksgiving Season"; and
WHEREAS, the Director of the Department of Recreation, Cultural Affairs and Senior Services (the "Department") desires to accept the gift baskets to raffle out to seniors during the senior meeting that will be held at the City of Newark TRECC Center; and
