Council Member Anibal Ramos, Jr. requested the Dept. of EHD provide the Governing Body with the process for accessing City-owned properties. Councilman Ramos reference Ridge Street in the 7R2-c resolution, and requested copies of the comps used by the City to determine the sale price.
