Relocation of police property and evidence
Purpose: Emergency Declaration E2025-08 is pursuant to N.J.S.A 40A:11-6 and N.J.A.C 5:34-6.1. Notwithstanding a good faith effort by requesting department, the need has arisen for immediate relocation of property and evidence seized by the Newark Police Division from location 104 Arlington to a new facility at 775-793 Bergen St.
