Re: 7R2-s(as) Resolution endorsing University Hospital Building project
Council Member Anibal Ramos, Jr. stated that Planning Board Members were blaming the Municipal Council for initiating and adopting legislation that allowed changes to the zoning ordinance which allowed projects to proceed without any parking requirements in the University Heights area. The governing body is requesting that the Department of Economic and Housing Development remind Planning Board members that the changes presented to the Municipal Council was initiated by the Administration and not the Council. He further requested that Planning Board members review and refresh their knowledge of City land use regulations without spreading inaccurate assertions on the Governing Body and their responsibilities.
