Catering Services for the 2026 SunUp Summer Food Program
Purpose: Emergency Declaration E2026-13; Due to recent administrative and personnel changes within the Division of Central Purchasing, there was an inadvertent failure to timely initiate the procurement process required to secure catering services through the normal public contracting procedures. This oversight was not discovered until approximately two weeks prior to the scheduled commencement of the program, leaving insufficient time to complete a formal procurement process without disrupting the delivery of critical services.
