Council Member Donna Jackson requested the Administration provide the Governing Body with further details regarding the operations of the City’s Community Solutions Programs. In particular, provide information on the number of clients diverted from incarceration, the recidivism rate for those who were involved in the program and the other viable information warranting the continuation if the program.
