WHEREAS, the Municipal Council is desirous of supporting a Vaccine Program conducted by St. James Health Clinic at East Side High School, 238 Van Buren Street, Newark, New Jersey 07105, to be held on Monday, January 25, 2021 and Tuesday, January 26, 2021 from 8:30 A.M. until 3:30 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council has indicated its’ support for this program by supporting the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement by the City of Newark, Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of the Newark Board of Education, East Side High School, 238 Van Buren Street, Newark, New Jersey 07105.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council supports the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement drawn by the City of Newark, Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of the Newark Board of Education, for the use of East Side High School, 238 Van Buren Street, Newark, New Jersey 07105, for a Vaccine Program conducted by St. James Health Clinic, to be held on Monday, January 25, 2021 and Tuesday, January 26, 2021 from 8:30 A.M. until 3:30 P.M.
2. The City Clerk, on behalf of the Municipal Council, shall forward a true copy of the Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement to Newark Public Schools, 765 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102, for their records.
3. A copy of the executed Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, shall be filed in the Office of the City Clerk.
