Additional Information:
The proposed Project is a collaboration between Newark's government and law enforcement agencies, as well as community-based organizations, aimed to improve the City's crisis response system by enhancing existing co-responder teams to effectively provide trauma-informed comprehensive community-based behavioral health crisis services to individuals experiencing mental health emergencies, including those who are homeless.
