WHEREAS, the City of Newark requires professional consulting services by an Engineering Consultant and C4 NJDEP Sewer Collection Licensed Operator for the Department of Water & Sewer Utilities, and a Request for Proposals (RFP) was advertised on June 11, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Water and Sewer Utilities distributed five (5) bid packages to prospective vendors following the date of advertisement of the RFP; and
