Ordinance ratifying and authorizing the Mayor and the Business Administrator to enter into a Sublease Agreement with Hudson Refrigeration Company in conjunction with The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey for the Office of the Newark Port One Stop Business and Career Center on the premises of 125 Tyler Street, Port Newark, New Jersey 07114 (Block 6000, Lot 32) for the term of August 1, 2008 through July 31, 2010 declared rent-free including utilities of which no municipal funds will be encumbered.
