WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the City of Newark (the "City"),desires to hold the 2026 Inauguration/Organizational Meeting at the Prudential Hall Theatre, the Victoria Theater, the Parsonnet Room, Green Room and the Jacqua Lounge located in the New Jersey Performing Arts Center ("NJPAC" or "Licensed Facility") on Wednesday, July 1, 2026; and
