The flagpole has a value of approximately $30,000.00 to $40,000.00, including labor and materials.

WHEREAS, the Seagis Property Group Frontage Road Urban Renewal LLC c/o Seagis Property Group LP, One Meadowlands Plaza, Suite 800 East Rutherford, NJ 07073 ( "Seagis Property Group"), would like to donate One (1) Fifty (50) Ft. flagpole to the City of Newark ("City"). Seagis Property Group understands that children and families at sporting events would like to have a flag present when singing the National Anthem before the start of games.
