A motion requesting that the Department to Engineering, Division of Inspections and Code Enforcement, provide the Governing Body with an update on a previous request for a report chronicling a step-by-step explanation of the violation process, from the initial complaint, the investigation and inspections, the dismissal or issuance of a summons, court procedures, fines, penalties and the abatement process.
