WHEREAS, the City of Newark's Department of Water and Sewer Utilities ("the Department") requires Professional Engineering Services of a New Jersey Licensed Operator for support services for process operations and maintenance assistance at the City's Pequannock Water Treatment Plant, and
WHEREAS, a proposal, dated October 7, 2025, was received by the Department from Jerry J. Notte & Associates, LLC, outlining a scope of work to provide Professional Engineering Services of a Licensed Operator for support services for process, operations and maintenance improvement assistance at the Pequannock Water Treatment Plant; and
WHEREAS, the Department wishes to execute a Professional Engineering Services Contract with Jerry J.
