WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R3-j (AS) adopted on June 17, 2015, the Municipal Council authorized the Deputy Mayor/Director of the Department of Economic and Housing Development on behalf of the Business Administrator and the City of Newark to enter into and execute a Sub-recipient Agreement (the "Agreement") with FOCUS Hispanic Center for Community Development, Inc., for the purpose of providing Public Facilities Development/Rehabilitation services to its facility located at 441-443 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102/Block 31/ Lot 4/Central Ward, in an amount not to exceed Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($20,900.00); and
