Resolution 7R1-1-b adopted on October 5, 2022 awarded a contract in an amount not to exceed $300,000.00 for a period not to exceed twenty-four (24) consecutive months.
This contract will provide for recreation bus transportation services for the Department of Administration, Office of Violence Prevention, in addition to the Department of Recreation, Cultural Affairs and Senior Services increasing the contract amount by $150,000.00 for a total contract amount not to exceed $450,000.00 for a period not to exceed twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

WHEREAS, on October 5, 2022, the Municipal Council adopted Resolution 7R1-b authorizing the Department of Recreation, Cultural Affairs and Senior Services to enter into a contract with Villani Bus Company Inc., 811 East Linden Avenue, Linden, New Jersey 07036 for the provision of Recreation Bus Transportation Services at an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($300,000.00); and
