WHEREAS, the City of Newark requires Professional Services for the Newark Watershed Science and Leadership Academy for the 2019-2020 School Year and a Request for Proposal (RFP) was issued on September 11, 2019; and
WHEREAS, one (1) proposal was received by the City of Newark on September 25, 2019 pursuant to the RFP, and a Proposal received from Fraser's Mathematics Solutions, LLC, 171 Country Club Drive, Unit 5, Union, New Jersey 07083, for this work for the amount not to exceed $108,271.32, was found to be in the best interest of the City of Newark to accept; and
WHEREAS, the City of Newark wishes to enter into an agreement with Fraser's Mathematics Solutions, LLC, 171 Country Club Drive, Unit 5, Union, New Jersey 07083, to provide Professional Services for Newark Watershed Science and Leadership Academy for the 2019-2020 School Year, in an amount not to exceed $108,271.32; and
