WHEREAS, the City of Newark, Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security, requests to enter into a contract with 1st Choice Financial Group (1stCHOICEFG) located at 133 North 21st Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011. 1stCHOICEFG has designed a plan for the implementation of the Community Resiliency Program (Hazards and Economic Development) in conjunction with the Office of Emergency Management.
