Original Resolution 7R5-m adopted on August 5, 2020 awarded a contract in an amount not to exceed $550,000.00 for the period of January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.
This resolution will increase the contract amount by $15,000.00 for a total contract amount not to exceed $565,000.00 extending the period through July 30, 2023 for additional services to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus.
