WHEREAS, at the request of the Department of Engineering and review of the traffic operations by New Jersey Transit in conjunction with the City of Newark, Division of Traffic and Signals and pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-197(3)(a), the following described location is designated as a bus stop:
ADDED BUS STOP:
1. In the East Ward, along Wilson Avenue, westbound on the northerly side thereof:
Between Doremus Avenue and Avenue P, midblock beginning 376ft west at the westerly curbline of Doremus Avenue and extending 135ft westerly therefrom. (In front of Gate #5 of Ironbound bus garage).
DELETED BUS STOP:
2. In the East Ward, along Wilson Avenue, westbound on the northerly side thereof:
Doremus Avenue, farside
Beginning at the westerly curbline of Doremus Avenue and extending 160ft westerly therefrom.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 39:4-197(3)(a) of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey, a municipality may by ordinance, resolution or regulation designate or delete a bus stop; and
