A motion requesting that the Central Planning Board recognize the tremendous impact parking availability and the lack thereof, affects residential neighborhoods bordering commercial corridors when making decisions regarding new, large residential development projects, with the developers assumptions new residents will pay exorbitant parking fees or forego the use of vehicle ownership.
