A motion requesting that the Department of Economic and Housing Development and the Rent Control Board strongly consider requiring management of the Pavilion and Colonnade Apartment Buildings to provide a rent rebate or other considerations to the tenants of the building who had to endure 10 days of no hot water and heat during the month of February.
