Additional Information:
The first extension of Emergency Contract #E2021-13 was adopted as 7R1-h on May 4, 2022 in an amount not to exceed $1,250,000.00 for the period of March 18, 2022 through June 18, 2022.
This second extension of Emergency Contract #E2021-13 is for an additional 180 days in an amount not to exceed $625,000.00 for the period of June 19, 2022 through December 19, 2022.

WHEREAS, on October 25, 2021 the Business Administrator requested a declaration of emergency to acquire Shelter operations management at the City of Newark's shelter for the health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the City of Newark; and
