Additional Information:
Apply and Accept Resolution #7R7-a, originally adopted on December 6, 2023, which approved a grant amount of $6,732,267.00 from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs ("DCA"). An additional funding of $1,316,188.00 has since been awarded for the American Rescue Plan/Capital, bringing the total cumulative grant award to $8,048,455.00.

WHEREAS, an emergency has arisen in the Special Item of Appropriation in the amount of One Million Three Hundred Sixteen Thousand One Hundred Eighty-Eight Dollars and Zero Cents. ($1,316,188.00) for American Rescue Plan/Capital Program, and no adequate provision has been made in the 2026 Temporary Budget for the aforesaid purpose, and N.J.S.A. 40A:4-20 provides for the creation of an emergency appropriation for the purpose above-mentioned; and
