This contract will provide for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Medical Director, who will work closely with a mobile team of street outreach, housing, hospital, and law enforcement partners to provide homeless Newark residents managing substance use disorders with comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and medication management services and support with behavioral crisis and medical needs.

Whereas, the Mayor's Office of Homeless Services has a need to obtain the services of a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Medical Director for a newly formed Community Mobile Outreach Program to provide services to homeless Newark residents managing substance use disorders; and
