WHEREAS, the City of Newark, Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security request to have a two part training course. This first part includes a three (3) day training covering IMS 100, 700, and 800. The second part includes one (1) eight hour Exercise Scenario in the City of Newark at The Emergency Operations Center (EOC) located at 480 Clinton Avenue, 3rd Floor, Newark New Jersey 07108 ; and

WHEREAS, the City of Newark, was awarded $200,000.00 from the FY '14 Urban Areas Security Initiative grant for training purpose by the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness which shall fund this procurement (a copy is attached); and
