WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council is desirous of supporting a  Street Music Festival to be held  at Emanuel Christian Church, 127-33 North 7^th Street (between Orange Street and 7^th Avenue), on Saturday, August 6, 2016, between 9:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M.; and

           WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council has indicated its support for this wholesome event.

            NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:

1.                     The Municipal Council of the City of Newark supports a Street Music Festival to be held at Emanuel Christian Church, 127-33 North 7^th Street (between Orange Street and 7^th Avenue), on Saturday, August 6, 2016, between 9:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M.
